Product Ribbon showing two ribbons

Hi,

Can you provide us with a link to your website ? 

I attempted deleting that post, but I guess it didn't work. 

We believe one of our IT personnel caused this with some custom coding he did with the Cloud Zoom plugin. Disabling that plugin effectively removed the duplicate image. He's working figuring out what he did now.
