It seems you have duplicate data in your database. Please open your database and check the dbo.SS_C_EntityCondition table for any duplicate data and delete if any exists.
This should solve your problem.

I am getting the error when i try to edit the quick tab
from manage tab , same error is getting on product detail page as well when quick tab is enabled.
