how do I add a logo for payment options to the footer?

When changing the language to Dutch some things don't change. Example CONTACT US
need to changed, currently in dutch I get sevenspikes.themes.alicante

I use 3.10

I just dowloaded and reinstalled a fresh version. (no source)

Same error occurs after uploading the plugins. As soon as I reload list of plugins from the admin area I get this error.

When installing the plugins I get following error.
