Profile: skhairi

I'm having an issue with the feature to change the theme colour. Everytime when i change, it doesn't reflect.

I have to literally modify the theme-1.custom.css and then restart application for it to work.
I even tried to delete the file and quickly a new one was created but it still using the default colour code and not the one saved in the database.

My NopCommerce is on version 4.5 on an Ubuntu server. Is there any option or configuration i missed?
