When I map a slider (main) to one of the category (clothing => Dresses) is hiding the slider from the site main page.

If you look at the original theme demo, when you go to the main slider and move to the categories tab and select one of the sub categories and press insert and save. Refresh the website and you'll notice that the you won't see the picture.

Is it possible to create a page per category or sub category? If it is how can I point the link to that page using the product category?

E.g. Page for dresses, page for shirts, etc,...

I think this is not regarding the use of RTL, since I've took a new site without RTL support and it happens when you change the view to list.
In case you cannot reproduce, please let me know how to upload am image

It's not a duplicate issue. the issue that you are referring as a duplicate is regarding an issue with photo overlapping the text and not like these issue that is asking how to create the same look and feel like your demo store.
