Hello Tommy,

The upload plugins and themes from the administration functionality firstly delete the plugin/theme you are trying to upload from your store if it is present in your files before uploading the new version. It seems that the .dll file of the Core plugin is locked or still used by some process while the application is trying to delete it.

We've and some of our clients have encountered such issues when using Azure to host their stores. This is why we've written the following article.
This article applies only if you are using Azure. If you are not using Azure I will ask you to submit a ticket with access to your server (place where your store is hosted) so we can further investigate this issue.

It seems you are sending some kind of attachment with the ticket. Can you give us more information regarding this issue? Can you show us the ticket you are trying to send?

Hello,

You can show the ribbon on only one product by adding that product in the products grid in the Override Product Conditions tab in the administration of your ribbon. The product should have a state "Include".

There is no such view in our theme, or default clean theme. The nopCommerce application searches for such a view to display a button for a payment method on the checkout. It seems that the payment method you are using is missing that view.

Can you submit a ticket with information on what payment methods you are using?

Hello,

This issue has been fixed in 3.80.
There might be some caching issue on your store. Your browser might have cached the old code, ss the changes of this fix are mainly in the javascript code.
Can you try clearing your browser cache?

If that doesn't help, can you submit a ticket with admin credentials to your store?

Hello,

We've just deployed a new version of the Help Desk plugin that possibly fixes your issue.
Now, a confirmation popup will appear if you try to answer a ticket that is not assigned to you.
This applies to impersonated users.
So if Admin Marko impersonates John and tries to answer the ticket, he will get a confirmation message telling him that the ticket is not assigned to him.

You will need to update the plugin in order to fix this issue on your store.

Hello,

The payment methods and payment info are automatically updated when a users changes or selects a shipping method by default.
If yours do not update please submit a ticket with store url and admin credentials so we can investigate this issue.

It seems that the Instant Search cannot find "kendo" and that's why it isn't working.
Can you please submit a ticket with information on whether you've done any modifications to your nopCommerce code and with admin credentials so we can further investigate this?
