we downloaded the plugin again and checked it with all themes. It looks it still not work with thems "Beauty" and "Nattive".

According to my last comment, I mean "Countdown time" not shown in the product box of "Features Products" of the main page with the themes ALFRESCO, ALICANTE, Beaty, Fashion, Jewlery, LightHouse, Naïve, NeoFashion, Playground, Uptown.

We installed the clean nopcommerce 3.7 with "Seven Spikes Core","Nop Sales Campaigns" and your themes ALFRESCO, ALICANTE, Beaty, Fashion, Jewlery, LightHouse, Naïve, NeoFashion, Playground, Uptown.

"Countdown time" not shown in the product box of "Features Products" of the main page.

Did I miss some configuration? please let me know if you want us to raise a ticket.

We installed the clean nopcommerce 3.7 with "Seven Spikes Core", "Nop Smart Product Collections" and all themes from your company.

We setup the "Category Product Collections" to show the products from category "Gift Cards". it messed up in most themes from your website.

please see our test results:

1) Works fine with themes: "Default Clean", "Shop All", "Pavillion", "Native"

2) Not Shown in themes：ALLURE, ArtFactory, Traction

3) Messed up in themes: ALFRESCO, ALICANTE, Beaty， Electronics， Fashion， Jewlery， LightHouse , NeoFashion, Playground, Tiffany

4) Has minor issues in themes：Brooklyn, Lavella， Minimal， Motion, Nitro, Smart, Urban, Uptown


Did I missed some package from your products? We downloaded those themes and plugin from your website.

Your change works for theme "Default Clean" now. But it doesn't work for the themes below, even "Countdown time" not shown in the product box of "Features Products" of the main page:

Hi there,

We installed the clean nopcommerce 3.7 with "Seven Spikes Core","Nop Sales Campaigns" and "Nop Smart Product Collections".

We created one custom list in "Nop Smart Product Collections" and one Sales Compaign. We notice
the Countdown time not shown in the Product Box of "Nop Smart Product Collections". But the countdown time is shown in the product box of "Featured products".


Should we adjust the "Product Box Selector" and "Product Box Picture Container Selector" of "Nop Sales Campaigns"? Any document can be provided?
