installing plugins for the allure theme

We purchased this theme yesterday and we are trying to apply it on our local computer, the theme is applied but the header menu is not showing proper drop down lists. the plugin for the header menu is not installed. it dosen't appear in the plugin list. i have copied all the plugin folders to the plugin folder in nopcommerce plugin folder

please help.

I copied the plugin files in the wrong folder. But when I copied the files in nop web plugins folder it is working fine.

Yes, when you are working with the source code version of nopCommerce you need to put the plugins and the theme in Presentation\Nop.Web folder.
