Pop Up is showing same size as on Product Page

I have looked at similar posts but can't find a solution. If a product has multiple images, the pop up when you click the images shows full sized images. But if there is only 1 product image the pop up is the same size as on the product page i.e for my theme (Alfresco) that is 328px.

I have set the following setting to True
mediasettings.defaultpicturezoomenabled
but this seems to make no difference when using Nop Cloud Zoom. Am I missing something. It is obvious if you click the picture you want to view it full sized. Why this only works with 2 or more product pictures is a mystery??

Turning off Cloud Zoom, and clicking the image on the product detail page opens it up full-sized as expected. So starting to think this is a bug with Cloud Zoom.

Any chance this has been fixed in the latest version of my Theme?

You can download the latest version of the products from the My Downloads page.

Just select your nopCommerce version and click on the Download link.

Thanks though I had not downloaded Cloud Zoom by itself, it came through Nop Uptown Responsive Theme. So do I need to download & update the whole theme even though it is still the same 3.8 version?

You have to update the Core plugin and the CloudZoom plugin.

Please note all of our products are depending on the Core plugin and if you are using too old version it is possible to have problems after the updating the Core plugin. In that case, you will have to update the whole theme.
