Menu items not displaying

Since I've upgraded from 3.30 mega menu trial version to the 3.40 art factory mega menu, none of the categories I added via SQL Server are showing. They are missing from the models in the views.

I've tried re-saving the categories and restarting the application but nothing works.

The issue resolved itself when I restarted Visual Studio.
