additional images on product page doesnt show left/right arrows

I had this working and then the site was reset and now I can't remember what I need to check to get this working again.

I have looked through the settings but am missing it.

It is a setting in the Cloud Zoom plugin - Enable Picture Thumbnails To Be In JCarousel
