Topic for reporting any Nop Urban Responsive Theme problems.

I have bought Urban Theme: if I go into admin area into Urban Theme Settings I have a popup with "Error" and  i am not able to use "Home Page Categories". If i click on "Add new record" I see "All Categories" and a lot of "Undefined".

In Log area I have this error:

ndex was outside the bounds of the array.

Can you go to Configuration -> Settings -> All Settings, search for UrbanThemeSettings.HomepageCategoriesIds and paste the value here ? 
Maybe the value in the setting is invalid.

The value is "System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.String]".

No this is not a correct value it should look like something like this:

19:2,18:1,20:3,21:4

Note: Keep in mind that the above value is just an example. Do not use it!

Can you try to delete the value of the setting and add your home page categories again from theme settings page ? 

Now I am able to see all categories but I have this error when I try to add a category:

Can you try to reinstall the theme plugin ?
If this doesn't work please submit a ticket with admin credentials so we can check your setup. 

I have already tried twice to unistall and install again but without success.

 

My colleague paolo ([email protected]) has already submitted a ticket last week and already has provided credentials but after about 1 week no response from you. It's quite urgent.
Please let us know.

Is this your ticket ?
According to the time it was answered 5 minutes after it was submitted. Maybe you have missed the email that our ticketing system sends when someone answers certain ticket.
