Problem Activating Campaing when many products involved

I want to activate a campaign to do a global discount to all products except for 3 categories.




When i try to activate the campaing, it throws a timeout error in the transaction.

Is there a way to increase transaction time?



This is the received error:


System.Data.Entity.Core.EntityException: The underlying provider failed on Open. ---> System.Transactions.TransactionException: The operation is not valid for the state of the transaction. ---> System.TimeoutException: Transaction Timeout
