Help with Birthday Reminder

Hi!, I am trying to configure a Birthday Reminder to be sent 10 days before the Birthday but it is impossible make it work.


I have tried the options indicated in the documentation but I am unable to make it works.
How can I configure it correctly?

Unfortunately, you cannot specify an interval that is longer than a day when using birthday reminder, because the birthday is a repeating event.
