Sort Order

is there a mechanism to control the sort order of the items in the manufacturer and any specification attribute filters?

Hello Mike,

You can Sort the products in the Manufacturers details page by the "Sort by" dropdown. You can filter the products by Specification Attributes. Make sure that the specification attributes have the "Allow Filtering" setting checked when mapping them to any products.

Note: I didn't really understand your question. Please, write again with more detailed information about your question if the information I gave you wasn't full or was not what you were looking for.

Sorry for not making my issue clear.

We have installed the Ajax filter to slow filtering of manufacturers and  the specification attribute and is setup to be a drop down on the left of the catalogue page.

When the drop down opens the items in the list are not sorted.

If you visit www.deals4drink.com you will see the problem.

When visiting site select the whisky category then drop down the brands (manufacturer) filter and you will see the issue.

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available in the Ajax Filters.
However, I like your idea. Can you suggest this in our UserVoice? Our UserVoice is the place where our clients can suggest their ideas which they want implemented in our products. We pick the best and most voted ideas.
