Filters Are not showing in all pages

Dear support users,

we are facing an issue, which filters are not showing in pages, (categories, manufacturers, vendors, etc). I have set all necessary permission and checked all settings, but we can not see any filters :(.

As far as I can see, no pages include the Ajax Filters.
Unfortunately, without access to the administration of your store, we cannot be really sure what is happening.
Can you Submit a Ticket with your admin credentials so we can further investigate this issue?
