Error Setting Colors in Pavilian Theme

I have just purchased and installed Pavilian in NOP Commerce 4.00 and everything appears to be working except for when I try to change the color.   I get the following error when I choose SAVE and the color on the website will not change from the default.   Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this ???
