No vertical scroll (mobile - thumb)

We're experiencing this issue with anything sliders on many websites. On mobile if you try to scroll vertically over the slide image, nothing happens.

This is ocurring with some phones, Android root (Google Nexus and Motorola G5 Plus), that are top of the line.

Do you know if this issue and how can be fixed?

I just found out that if the direction navigation is disabled, then the vertical scroll comes back and works.

can you please provide us with a link to your site (where there is a slider with directional navigation enabled) so we can inspect your current situation?

I tested the default slider on Google Nexus and Motorola G and could not reproduce the problem, the page was scrolling normally.
