How to hide "ENTER SHIPPING ADDRESS" section

I use default template and hide all new shipping address cause my store let customers pick up in stores but after I installed the Pavilion themes then when check out shipping page show "ENTER SHIPPING ADDRESS" to let customers fill out again and I don't want this!
