Add textbox to the filters available

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to customize Ajax Filter to add a textbox (for example the postal code) that will be submitted when we want to filter products.
The textbox is not a product or specification attribute. This is the postal code of the product vendor for example.

On NopCommerce side, can we override the search method to add this value to the filtering process (overriding a search service method for example).

Is it possible ? If yes how ?
This plugin is great but i need to add extra feature that seems not available.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the Ajax Filters plugin and implementing it will require a lot of modifications to the source code of the plugin.
