Productshortcode not working

Hi,

I am working with the trial version of the Nop Customer Reminders plugin.
Afther sending a testemail, the productshortcode doesn't work.

Example testemail:

We hebben je winkelwagen bewaard
Wist je dat je nog iets in je winkelwagen hebt liggen?
Als je wilt, kun je het nu afrekenen.

%ShoppingCart.Products% %ShoppingCart.ProductsWithPictures%

Is this due to the test version, or is there another problem?
