Call to Action for Footer logo

Hi,

I was wondering if it's a possibility to add a "Call to Action" feature to the Footer logo? Like if you click on the logo than you can for example call a number?

Currently there is no such functionality, it's just an image.
To add some action to it, like hyperlink or call, you have to modify the source code.
