Mega Menu Won't load Plugins\SevenSpikes.Nop.Plugins.MegaMenu\SupportedWidgetZones.xml

I've added zones to the XML file, but /MegaMenuAdmin/MenuEdit only ever displays "theme_header_menu". I have cleared cache and restarted app, but no change. Are these in a different file by any chance. NB) This is a NopCommerce V4.0

If you are using our theme it is possible the XML file to be overridden by the theme. If this is the case edit the Plugins\SevenSpikes.Nop.Plugins.MegaMenu\Themes\{ThemeName}\SupportedWidgetZones.xml file.
