How I can add a new items in the mega menu from the administration. Not with edit of view MegaMenu.cshtml ?
For example to add "FAQ", "Careers"... etc..

The only items, that you can add to the Mega Menu plugin, are listed in the administration of the plugin. To add different items, you need to modify the MegaMenu.cshtml file.
