Too slow loading products

I updated to NopCommerce 3.10 and have a problem if I have enabled NopAjax Filters.
When load products from anywhere in category menu loading WEB site is too slowly (waiting 1-2 minutes). I also uninstal / instal plugin.
In NopCommere 3.0 it works ok - NopAjax Filters working good and quickly.

That is quite strange as 1-2 minutes is quite a lot of time. All out demo stores are running nopCommerce 3.1 with the Ajax Filters and were updated from 3.0. Do you mean 1-2 seconds? Anyway, if you can send us an email at our support mail and your database, so that we can take a look.

I am also having similar issue, but for me it doesn't load at all, everything was fine on 3.0, soon as I migrated to 3.1 issue with Nop Ajax filters, check the following link..

There is some javascript error on your web site and that's why the Filters don't load.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin and you have uninstalled and then installed the Ajax Filters plugin before testing (just to make sure you are really with the latest version).
After that check if you still the same problem. If you still have this problem then please disable the javascript bundling, so that we can see what the problem is in the javascript.

What is your hosting? Is it a shared hosting? What happens when you disable the Ajax Filters i.e is the load time better? Could you send an email to our support mail, so that we can ask you for more information?

Hi.  Our hosting is Amazon EC2 m1.xlarge (quad xeon, 16GB RAM).  Yes, when I disable Ajax Filters it is radically faster.  I have emailed support and will follow up with them.  Thanks!
