How to enable Responsive Web Design?

I've just bought Nop Electronic Theme for NopCommerce 3.10 and installed it on my website.
That's a nice job, thank you.

I 've activated mobile theme in the admin but i can't browse with the Responsive Web Design on my ipad/iphone.

What should i need to do in order to?

The Nop Electronics Theme does not support responsive design, that is why you are unable to view it properly on mobile devices. The only themes in our portfolio that are not responsive are the Nop Electronics Theme and the Nop ShopAll Theme.
