Demo content request

I emailed after I purchased this theme yesterday to get the demo content. I need to add the elements that are on the demo site, but don't even know where to start. The documentation link doesn't cover how to add the elements.

Could someone please email me the content or let me know where I can find it.

Thank you. I received the email. I am just learning the ropes for nopComm and I am used to developing sites on some .php based platforms.

I'm going to try and put it together without using the DB, as I don't want to lose the content I already put into the site. Is there a way to install the demo content without losing what I already put in my site?

No you cannot restore the database with the demo content without losing what you already have.
