Topics Created are not displaying in footer

Hi everyone I work with nopCommerce version 4.0 with nop-Template Poppy theme. I need to add Topics like privacy info ,and other policies in the home page footer but every change I made in /nopCommerce/Themes/Poppy/Views/Shared/Components/Footer/Default.cshtml doesn't take affect!?

Does anyone know the reason?

Hi,

Make sure you are setting the correct topic SeName when you building the URL and try restarting the application from the IIS. Also, you can try to make a simple modification like adding a text in the markup to make sure you are editing the correct file.
