Upgrade from 4.2 to 4.5

We used the Emporium theme for nopCommerce version 4.2.
Now we are in the process of upgrading our webshop to 4.5.
We will have to buy a new Nop Emporium license, but how can we upgrade our solution to use Emporium for 4.5? I know there are many tables in the databases for Emporium, among other things...

Our licenses are valid for all nopCommerce versions that we support. So if you have an active license for Emporium, you may use it for both 4.2 and 4.5.
