One page plugin doesnt send custom attributes

We have some custom logic to calculated tax based on a custom adress attribute. But in the function PrepareTaxRateRequest where the adress is retrieved "CustomAttributes" is always empty.

We are running NOP 4.3 and plugin version 4.3

We also use NopCommerce 4.20 and RealOnePageCheckout but custom address attributes are not saved automatically (UpdateAddress not triggered). What we can do? I already install clean latest of plugin but without success.
