Recently Viewed no updating

Hello.
nopcommerce 4.60, Venture Template. I have created Recently viewed using jcarousel and is been added to footer. it only shows 4 Items even though i have set it up for 12 items. and it seems those 4 items wont update as well. they are first Items that populated jcarousel and not changing . i have gone through many configuration for this and nothing worked.
any suggestion ?

seen more activity at morgue than here . never going to use nop theme for any other project.
