Hi,
We purchased this product in the past and we are currently working on upgrading NOP to 3.8 but I noticed that versions 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 are disabled in our account. Is this because our license is expired? How do we download the 3.8 version of this plugin?

Hi Denise,
Yes, the reason for not being able to download them is that your license has expired.
When you renew your license you will be able to download all the versions 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 and any new versions for the next year.
Please write to our sales at nop-templates.com email if you have additional questions regarding the licenses.

Also, what happens if after installing the core, plugins, and theme plugin, a plugin such as mega-menu is uninstalled (after the theme plugin is installed) and then reinstalled? would you have to follow the same order again. For example, would you have to:
1. uninstall the theme plugin
2. then reinstall the mega-menu plugin
3. and then reinstall the theme plugin?
Same if the core plugin got uninstalled. would you have to:
1. Uninstall all the plugins
2. Reinstall the core plugin
3. Reinstall the non-theme plugins
4. Reinstall the theme plugin.

Hi Shawn,
As Stoyan already explained is NO :) You don't have to do all these complex installs/uninstalls again.
Actually you should NEVER uninstall a plugin unless you have a very good reason to do so.
You should simply update the plugins (upload the new files in the plugin folders).
This is the recommended way of installing a theme and here is why it is like this:
1. The Core plugin is needed by any other plugins that you want to install and that is why it needs to be installed first. Also since all the plugins depend on the Core plugin you always have to update the Core plugin when you update any other plugins. For example if you want to update just the Cloud Zoom plugin you should also update the Core plugin. The update is a simple replace of the files in the folder and NO uninstall is needed when doing updates.
2. Each plugin has some specific settings and sometimes in our themes we need to override these settings. That is why we recommend you to install the plugins first and then the theme plugin, which overrides these settings during the installation.
3. If you uninstall a plugin i.e Cloud Zoom and then install it again this means that the plugin will be installed with the settings for the Default Clean theme, which might be a problem if the theme you are using may need different settings for the Cloud Zoom plugin.
But instead of uninstalling and then installing the theme plugin again you can simply RESET the default theme settings. There is a button in the theme plugin settings page called "Reset Default Settings". When you click on it, it will show a popup with all the different settings than the recommended ones. So you can reset these settings to the recommended theme ones.

I have installed the Nop Ajax Filter plugin, and set "Show Ajax Filters on Search Page" is enabled, but when I clicked the Serarch button, it ocuured an error,when I set "Show Ajax Filters on Search Page" is disabled, it's working correctly. How could I solve this error?

Most probably you are using an older version of nopCommerce 3.80 or older version of the Ajax Filters Pro. Please read this for more information how to resolve this.

I have unchecked that option and the search now works with the header search box, but does not work on the main search page. Is there another setting somewhere or do IO need to modify the view?
Unfortunately the search page is not controlled by the Instant Search plugin and also nopCommerce does not provide a setting out of the box to control this. So you need to modify the nopCommerce code that is executed on the search page. Basically you need to set the visible individually parameter of the SearchProducts method on the search page.

This is what I suspected but it is strange since the images in the Slider are not loaded via Ajax and they don't require any additional requests rather than the requests that the browser does anyway to get the images.

Thank you for suggestion. After reviewing our website we cosigner that speed is more important that design futures. We keep only 3 plugins from Pavilion theme and speed dramatically increase. Server respond drop from 0.53 to 0.18.
but those two issue from google speed inside still persist.
1. Prioritize visible content (we don't have any addition plugin at hompage but this issue is still there)
2.Leverage browser caching https://www.cycleheart.com/PavilionTheme/RetrieveColorSquares (expiration not specified)
Its any way to remove this Color Square future. We don't use it and I remember when this theme was released this future was not there.

I see that you don't have the Smart Collections on the Home page anymore and I really can't understand why they say that some of the visible content is not available when the page is loaded when it is. The only plugin left is the Slider that you have. Can you disable it and test again to see if that is the reason for that warning.
Actually now you have no ajax calls to the server and I don't see any calls to the RetrieveColorSquares, which you can easily disable (which I suspect you already did) from the theme settings - additional settings tab and selecting None from the dropdown for the Color attributes.
So now I don't see such a warning for "Leverage the browser cache" anymore.
Please let me know if the test still complains if you remove the Slider!

I just want a page which include product list of one category(please see the link),(the first time, page loads the default first product ) when click someone product, it will be showing the corresponding the nop-tabs.is there any other ways to implement this?

I have imported some new products, however it appears if the products are new, the products do not generate a slug automatically. I am forced to go into each product and click "Save" so NOP generates the slug itself. Is there a faster alternative to get NOP to generate the slug more efficiently than saving each product?

I hope i have put this into the correct forum as i dont see one for my question. I have bought several plugins for my website which i was building on a test server and now need to move it over to a new domain, when purchasing the plugins you need to register the domain were they will be use which i used the test domain name, how do i go about migrating the site and plugins so that they still work on the new domain.

Although we love Nop Ajax Filters we find them slow, especially on mobile. As a result we started using NopAccelerate filters. We loved NopAccelerate's solution as they were very fast and effective, but the downside was they didn't integrate well with our Nop-Templates themes (which we also love), especially mobile. (Even with NopAccelerate adding support for Nop-Template's themes).
Have you considered enhancing your Nop Ajax Filters to make them quick like NopAccelerate? Or maybe even a better idea, have you considered collaborating with NopAccelerate to provide the best of both?

If you have any performance issues with the Ajax Filters please submit a ticket and our developers will advise.
It is not correct to comment on any third-party plugins but we don't have plans to integrate any with our themes. As far as I am aware their plugins are hard to integrate with any nopCommece theme since they override a lot of core views in order to work.
