Document is very hard to understand , I am not able to configure.
I just want one  email to be sent after 30 mins Customer abandons the cart.

We am unable to configure abandoned cart and custom emails are not sent.
we actually want to send an email just 30 mins after a customer abandons a cart and closed the window.
Below is the configuration .
 
Number Of Messages To Send Per Customer:  

The condition met date (the time when a product was added to the shopping cart for example) should be later than the specified interval.Condition Met Date Later Than:
