Configure Abandoned cart - send after 30mins

Hi 
We am unable to configure abandoned cart and custom emails are not sent.
we actually want to send an email just 30 mins after a customer abandons a cart and closed the window.
Below is the configuration .
 
Number Of Messages To Send Per Customer:  

The condition met date (the time when a product was added to the shopping cart for example) should be later than the specified interval.Condition Met Date Later Than:  

The condition met date (the time when a product was added to the shopping cart for example) should be earlier than the specified interval.Condition Met Date Earlier Than:  

Specifies the time interval between messages sent to the customer.Interval Between Messages:
