Can't access to the preferences themes

Version nop-commerce 3.60
Visual Studio 2013 (12.0.31101.00 Update 4)

When I want to access to the preferences of ArtFactory (thru Plugins > 7 Spikes Themes > ArtFactory > Settings)  I'v got this error on local test :


And when I test on my production server I'v got this one :

Can you make sure that your theme is updated to the latest version?

Also, try to trigger full site restart by modifying the Global.asax (add a few spaces, save it and re-run your site) in Presentation\Nop.Web.

I have the last version of the theme and despite the tips of global.asax the problem still here...

Could you please delete the Temporary ASP.NET Files, because it seems that it is a cache issue. The temporary asp.net files are located in the "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files" and you should delete everything in this directory.

If this does not help, please submit a ticket in our system proving FTP access to your site so we can check the problem.
