1.  Load time is over 30 secs.
2   Shipping Area does not display options
3.  When selecting payment it automatically jumps back.

Have you made any modifications to the nopCommerce?

This issue could be because of some javascript caching. Could you please try to clear the cache and see if this will fix your issue?

If this does not help, please submit a ticket to our system providing a link to your website and admin credentials so that we can inspect it. This will be the fastest way to resolve the issue.

Hi, if you set
a negative additional fee
for a payment type (a discount), the order total doesn't update correctly (no changes). Everything is fine if you set a positive additional fee (cost). It's an issue on OPC ? Thanks in advance.

This is not a bug. In the default nopCommerce checkout, you can see the same behavior. The nopCommerce doesn't work with negative additional fees.

You can set 0 additional fee to the payment method that you want to use as discount and positive fees to the other payment methods.
