Thank you for choosing our products and services.
Can you please make sure that the "Enable Price range Filter", "Enable .." options are checked in the administration of the plugin.
Please double check that you have products with attributes and/or specifications set in the category where you see only the "Filter By" label. You need to check the "Allow Filtering" option when creating a specification or attribute. One possibility for the price range filter not to be shown is if all the products have the same price.

By default in the Nop Alfresco Theme the ribbons are centered. So would it be possible to send an email to our support email with the following information, so that we can investigate it further and fix it:
- the order id of your purchase and/or account from which the order is placed
- a link to your website, so that we can investigate whether you have added some custom css from the administration of the link
- a screenshot of the administration settings for the ribbons to see what settings you have set.

Have you made any modifications to nopCommerce, do you receive any error when opening the front site - you can also have a look at the Log in the admin for errors.
Can you make sure that the plugin is enabled as a widget, you can try to restart the application.
If the Nop Mega Menu is still not visible you can send us your web and ftp credentials to [email protected] so that we can investigate what is wrong.

Can you specify which version do you use? Do you use it on single store or in a multi store?
The plugin should be installed, enabled and enabled as a widget, if you have checked "show on home page" you should have top level categories that are marked as "show on home page" too.

Thank you for reporting this!
The problem is because we use lazy loading of the images in the Mega Menu and load them on hover. So this will actually never be empty but it is initially. This is a very good optimization for faster page load and especially when you have too many images in the Mega Menu.
There is a very quick fix for this, which we will add in the official package. Please let me know, which version of the plugin (theme) do you use, so that I can tell you how to update or apply the fix directly in the Razor view file.

We have fixed the issue and deployed it on our website. You can download the theme again from your My Downloads section and either update only the Nop Mega Menu plugin (according to this article) or better update the whole theme as there might be some bug fixes included. (according to this article)

Thank you for this suggestion. It is really a good one.
Unfortunately it is not a trivial to be implemented, because a lot of areas in the plugin should be changed - source code, stored procedure, front end. As a matter of fact we are planning to add this functionality for the next release. You can propose it in our user voice portal so that other customers can vote for it too.

It is really a strange issue if you can see the Filter By label, and not the filters. Do the attributes have values. Do you try to integrate the Nop Ajax Filters in a custom theme. May it be a css issue that prevent the filters from not showing. Have you tried restarting the application.
If the issue still occurs can you send a link and admin credentials to [email protected] so that we can investigate the problem further.
