Hi i am using Nop 3.0 shop all theme
Currency dropdown is not working properly for shop all theme ,
whenever i change currency to US Dollar to other currency the price of products are change but dropdown list always shows US Dollar as a selected Currency.
when i change theme to default nop theme that time it is working properly

This issue was fixed. Please update the theme to the latest version to get the fix.
Follow the steps in this article of how to update the theme.

I think you have some javascript errors on these pages by what you have described and that causes the issues.

Hello,
I'm still planning on hooking up with Alfresco once I get more products in the database.
I'm not sure why, but when I check out the Alfesco demo on my work computer using internet explorer 9 there are a few issues. I'm at a liss as to why that is as from my testing on various computers the theme looks great.
The problems on my work computer are on the home page there is no box under the main menu items making them hard to see. The other bigger issue is when you click on a category the formatting gets all messed up.
I have screen shots if you tell me where to send them.

Hi Shawn,
Thank you for the feedback but you should check if don't have compatibility mode enabled in the IE on your work computer by any chance. In any case please send us the screenshot that you have on our support email.

Hi, im having trouble installing the neo fashion theme. I'm just drag and drop the plugin folder and themes folder into my host server is that correct? I keep getting the error that the sevenspikescore system already exists.thanks
Hi lumii,
Yes, that is correct. You just drag and drop the "content" of the Plugins folder on your server Plugins folder. Then copy the NeoFashion theme folder into the Themes folder on the server.
Please make sure you haven't copied the plugins twice.

Hi i am using nopcommerce 3.0 my ajax filter is not working.
when i goes on category page that shows list of subcategories with filter on left side when i click on filter nothing happened just page re lode.
but when i click on any subcategory which contain list of product associated with that sub category, on that page filter is working properly.
Filters are not working when i click on parent Category(Parent Category Page).

Hi manishak79,
Could you please update the Ajax Filters to its latest version as described here and then uninstall them and install them again.
Then check if you still have this issue. If yes, then check the System -> Log , if there are any errors caused by the Ajax Filters and let us know.

Also there is no Shop All theme associated with your account. Are you sure you are using the Shop All theme with the Ajax Filters? If not then I will move it in a different thread.
What do you mean that the Ajax Filters are working on the product page? There are no filters on the product pages. Please post a link to your web site, so that we can take a look.

Hi,
i have noticed a customer reminder behavior that is either a bug or a bad activity.
We are running Nop v3.0 with plugin v3.0.680.8287
When I create a customer reminder and set it as enabled, the message template that is created is not set as active. I have to go to message templates and set it as active there. Now, this is not that big of a deal. The bigger problem is that when, after some time, I edit the reminder, any setting, or for testing i don't change anything and just press "Save" or "Save and Continue Edit" the message template deactivates and it has to be manually activated again.
Please try to review this, it is not a big problem but is rather inconvenient.

Hi Morphy,
That is because there is no need for the message templates that are created via the Reminders to be active. You don't need to set them as Active manually as this doesn't really matter at all as the Reminders are what matters and not the Message templates. In nopCommerce if the Message Template is not active this means that it won't be sent but for the Customer Reminders this is no relevant as the reminder itself could be active or not.
Actually the message template should be marked as inactive as otherwise it could confuse the store owner that these message templates could be used somewhere else outside the customer reminders. These templates could not be used outside the reminders as some of the message tokens are not relevant if not used within a customer reminder.
I am not sure if I made myself clear enough but I hope this makes sense.

I'm changing colors and styles but can't find the CSS class for the following items:
AJAX FILTERS background (for example the price filter and the attributes filter)
I saw the ir a class called filter-block specificationFilterPanel7Spikes but it is not in the styles.css file.

Hi lftalero,
The styles for the Ajax Filters in the Alfresco theme for example can be found here:
Plugins\SevenSpikes.Nop.AjaxFilters\Themes\Alfresco\Content\AjaxFilters.css
You can use FireBug for FireFox or the Chrome inspector for Chrome to see from where the styles of the various elements are loaded.
