Can I change the store url that i purchase the theme on it, because it was fake and i am still in development phase ??

In the product detail page my image when I zoom over displays as a grid of images. see here.

This is because the product window is bigger than the actual image (the original image size).
You original image size is with height 490px. But as you have set the media setting for the product details picture from the administration to be 600px, then the original image is stretched to become 600px in height. But the Cloud Zoom expects the original image to be with higher resolution in order to make the Zoom effect but in your case the opposite happens and the image is repeated.
If you want the main product images to be 600px in height and your original images are with lower resolution then you better disable the Cloud Zoom plugin from the adminsitration as there is no much use of it in this case.
I understand why you have set it to be 600px as this is the default value in the theme settings, while it actually should be 320px. We will correct the default picture image size to be 320px when you install the theme.

On both your demo and in real site the purchase button / add to cart displays incorrectly when Ipad is held in portrait. Please comment, correct the design and send me a corrected download

On Tablets when in landscape mode there is no add to cart or purchase or buy button viewable with the products and so the only way to add is to enter into the product details page. this is very poor a when viewing mutiple product you would want to add on the multi product display page.
This issue is also on computers when landscape i.e. always but here because of hover hover it corrects it a bit.
I think I may have bought the wrong theme for my needs.

Can you send us a link to the page where you see this problem?
I am asking because I want to see what products you have on that page.
In nopCommerce in general there are cases when the Add to Cart button is no visible at all i.e grouped products etc.
With the help of our Ajax Cart plugin that comes with the theme, we show the add to cart button for all kind of products and show a popup when the button is clicked.
But on mobile devices it is not a good user experience to show popups, so we disable the Ajax Cart on mobile devices.
So I wonder if this is the case or not. That is why I want you to send us a link to see the exact page and which product don't have Add to cart buttons.

On top of this if we have tiered pricing set then on the Product thumbnail image size (catalog) it just displays From £xxx with no slash or old or new price displayed

This is how nopCommerce shows prices for products with tier pricing.
The same happens also if you have a grouped product. It will show you "From [the lowest price of the associated products]".

Old and New price is not the same as adding a discount to a product. So we have set a 20% discount so we cannot make new and old price different as then the discount will be applied twice.

Yes, you are absolutely right. Unfortunately this is how nopCommerce works with discounts. It doesn't show you old/new price if you set for example 20% discount.

Is there a way to set the Qty number from one to zero on the product listing page?
Hi iqnetcom,
The Ajax Cart uses what you have set on the product - Minimum cart quantity.
This way if you set it to 3 the Ajax Cart button will show 3 by default as the user can't order less than 3 items from this product. You can change this to 0 but I am not sure if nopCommerce can handle such scenarios if the user clicks the Add to cart button.
If you have a grouped product then the Ajax Cart will use the Minimum cart quantity of the first associated product.

Right now we are using NopSalesforce plugin successfully with our nopcommerce site.
We have another application which MVC3 web application ,not an nopcommerce application.
But we have the same requirement with salesforce from the MVC3 application. Is it possible to customize and the use the nopsalesforce plugin in the non-nopcommerce MVC3 web application.Kindly suggest the best way to integrate our application with sales force.

Hi Ela,
The Salesforce plugin is designed and made to work with nopCommerce. You can't integrate the Salesforce plugin for nopCommerce to work with another MVC applications.

Is it need to redownload the whole theme?
Yes, you need to download the theme package again as the Ajax Filters plugin is included in the theme.
You can update the whole theme or update only the Ajax Filters plugin.
