We tiring to update from 3.9 to 4.0 and also from Pavilion to Venture theme but Rich blog lost Home Page Picture & log list Picture. Its any way around to keep all pictures from Pavilion theme 3.9
I am not sure if I understand you correctly. Your blog picture (that is shown on the home page) is no longer present after the upgrade to 4.0? Can you elaborate more? Also example of the problem would help alot.
The problem with the Date is because the blog images are missing. Usually, the Blog images are stored in the database and there should not be a problem when you switch themes. Can you please take a look if you have them in \Content\Images\Thumbs folder in your nopCommerce installation folder. If they are not there maybe something went wrong with the migration of the database. Please write us back to confirm if you find the problem there. Also, will it be possible for you to contact us using our ticketing system, this way it will be easier for us to communicate and the quality of our support will be better.
Love the media-rich approach with this theme and is the reason why we recently purchased it for a project. However, I have my client asking about a couple things so (2) questions:
- What browsers does this theme currently support? - What screen resolutions are the breakpoints?
The theme supports all major browsers including Internet Explorer 9 and above. Safari browser is supported only on Mac and IOS devices since Apple has stopped supporting it on other OS.
The breakpoints of the theme are: 0 - 480px -> Mobile phone Portrait 481px - 767px -> Mobile phone Landscape 768px - 1200px -> Tablet 1201px and above -> Desktop
On some of your themes, the "buy now" button is available on the item category page (such as in Pavilion), however in other themes (i.e. Venture) the "buy now" button is excluded. Is there a setting to turn the "buy now" button on and off on the category page, or is this by design, depending on theme?
Hello Shawn Each theme template is designed differently. The catalog page design differs from theme to theme. Just to ensure we are talking about the same button I am assuming this is the "Add to cart" button that highlights when you hover to the product?
