Hello,

Have you recently updated your Traction theme? If you have, have you followed our documentation regarding this? It seems you didn't update your Nop Traction Theme Plugin and it is searching for a setting that no longer exists in the newer version.

Hello,

We do not have such a feature at the moment. However, if you are using check boxes for your filters you can Close the filter panels by default. That can happen from Administration -> Nop-Templates -> Ajax Filters -> Settings -> Availability Settings. You can choose which filters boxes you want to close by default there.

The filters will stay closed until the user clicks on the filter box name which will open the filter box and show all the options.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

I cannot seem to understand your request. Can you elaborate more? What shops are you talking about?

The Ajax Filters only have an Infinite Scrolling functionality (loading more products as you scroll down). They do not have a "Show more/Show less" functionality.

If you can give us some examples about the issue you are talking about, that would be really helpfull!

Hello,

The slider with the nice cars and every other picture, product, reviews,  product carousel do not come with the theme. They are made by configuring the plugins that come with the theme.

In this case, the slider with the nice cars was done by using the Anywhere Sliders Plugin. You can see it's configuration in the Admin Demo.
You can, also, install our theme demo database. You can download it from the My Downloads page.
That is our demo store's database and it is configured like the demo store. By installing that you will get all the configurations you see on the demo store (the main slider included).

You can read how to install the database from our documentation.

Hope that helps!

Hello Odin,

If you are using the Mega Menu you can remove the Search menu item from your menu from the Administration -> Nop-Templates -> Plugins -> Mega menu -> Manage Menus -> Edit your menu -> Menu items tab. Just edit the search menu item and click on the Remove button.

You can find more information about the Mega menu plugin in our documentation.

If you are not using the Mega Menu plugin I highly suggest you start using it since it provides you with many great functionalities regarding building your own menu.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The Tiffany theme was designed to have the Pinterest feed in the footer and has no other option to replace it.

You can, however, try our Social Feed plugin. By using it you can add feeds from your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest to your store.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

You are right you will need to source code to achieve the functionality you are looking for.
Unfortunately, the source code is not open to our clients and we do not provide that. Our support also doesn't support customizations of our products.

Sorry but I am afraid we cannot help you achieve what you are looking for.

Hello,

You do not need to pay again to uninstall/install the theme on your licensed store. You can do that however many times you want.

You can disable the theme by choosing a different theme from Administration -> Configuration -> General Settings.
If you want to reset your settings to a default state you will need to go Administration -> Nop-Templates -> Themes -> Brooklyn -> Setting and click the Reset Default Settings button on the top right corner of the page.
A popup will show asking you which settings you want to reset. You can choose all and click the Reset button on the top right corner of the popup.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

As far as I can see, no pages include the Ajax Filters.
Unfortunately, without access to the administration of your store, we cannot be really sure what is happening.
Can you Submit a Ticket with your admin credentials so we can further investigate this issue?

Hello,

The nopAjaxFiltersFiltrationCompleteEvent is triggered after every filtration. Filtrations in the ajax filters are the following actions: filtering be attributes and price, changing the page, changing the products sort orientation.

Hope that helps!
